We would like to thank everyone who has supported our fundraising efforts during 2008, either by attending functions and events, having a small change box, making donations to collecting boxes in local shops or in any other way. We were delighted to be able to hand over a cheque for �5,112.33 after the service on Sunday 11th January. It has been a very enjoyable and rewarding year and the final figure makes all the hard work worthwhile.

Associated Events

There will be a number of associated events happening throughout the year to raise money for the Parish Project. Keep an eye on the Diary page.

The following events have so far been confirmed. If you would like to volunteer to help at one of them, please contact us.

• February 2008
  • Sunday 3rd - A speaker from the charity will be with us at the 10.00am service.
• June 2008
  • Sunday 8th - Open Gardens Exhibition: for more information please contact Gordon Gray.
  • Andy Gibbons is cycling 2,000 miles for Macmillan and we aim to raise £2,000 to match him.
• July 2008
  • Saturday 19th - Desserts and Divas evening, Northall.
• November 2008
  • Saturday 1st - Tea Dance, Eaton Bray Village Hall.
