Carnival 2016 - 2 July
We need your help to ensure that, once again, Carnival Day is a great success both for the community and financially.
Have a clear out of things that could make money at Carnival; we need bottles of wine, books, plants, cakes, gifts, sweets, chocolates, preserves, white elephant items (though please don't use us as a refuse collection service). Bring donations to church any Sunday in June or contact Gordon to have items collected.
Please collect your Grand Draw tickets from Kate Freeman or from Gordon.
The event depends on having plenty of volunteer helpers for setting up and, especially, stripping down. If you have contacts with strong, fit men then please volunteer them to help out on Friday 1 July (6.30pm at EB Village Hall) or Saturday 2 July on the Green (from 8am on Saturday morning and from 4.30pm).
