Holy Week Services, 2008

Palm Sunday - 16 March

  • 8.00am – The Eucharist
  • 10.00am – Blessing of Palms, Procession & Sung Eucharist (assemble in the Village Hall behind the church)
  • 6.00pm - Holy Communion, All Saints', Dagnall

Tuesday

  • 7.30am - The Eucharist
  • 8.00pm - Eucharist (with North Chilterns Group Churches)

Wednesday

  • 9.30am - The Eucharist

Maundy Thursday – 20 March

  • 8.00pm – Solemn Eucharist of The Lord's Supper
  • followed by - Watch of the Passion - please sign the list on the table beside the bookcase against the time when you are willing to be in church to maintain our vigil of prayer.

Good Friday – 21 March

  • 9.30am – Liturgy & Holy Communion
  • 10.30am - Dunstable March of Witness starts from St Mary's R.C. Church, West Street
  • 11.00am - Leighton Buzzard March of Witness starts from the Baptist Church in Hockliffe Street
  • 2.00pm – "An Hour At The Cross" (Devotional Service)
  • 6.00pm – United Service, All Saints', Dagnall

Easter Eve – 22 March

  • 9.00pm – Easter Vigil Service

Easter Day – 23 March

  • 6.30am – Sunrise Service (Salvation Army) on Ivinghoe Beacon
  • 8.00am – The Eucharist
  • 10.00am – Sung Eucharist
  • 6.00pm – Easter Praise - a celebration for the whole community - St Mary's, Edlesborough
